Much recent research has proven that we can absolutely prevent breast cancer by making healthy life-style choices,
including practicing daily meditation, exercising daily and replacing
toxic foods with the powerful immune system-boosting foods, "G-BOMBS."
These vegetables, or "plant foods," have been the focus of many
scientific studies and have been shown to help to avert the

Greens- the cruciferous vegetables- like arugula,

cruciferous vegetables that contain these cancer-averting phytochemicals has been linked with decreased risk of breast cancer and has even been shown to increase survival in women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.
Beans-
are an especially good food, due to their very high levels of fiber and
"resistant starch," i.e., carbohydrates not broken down by digestive
enzymes. The fiber and resistant starch in beans reduces the total amount of calories absorbed from beans, decrease cholesterol levels and healthy gut bacteria convert
them into many compounds that protect against colon cancer. A recent
analysis of 10 separate studies found that the higher the fiber intake
of an individual, the lower the associated risk of breast cancer.
Onions- and their "relatives," -leeks, garlic, shallots, chives, and scallions- have many beneficial effects on the immune and cardiovascular systems. They also have anti-diabetic and anti-cancer effects. These plant foods are well known for their organosulfur compounds. These phytochemicals retard tumor growth and kill cancer cells. Regularly eating onions and garlic is definitely associated with reduced risk of digestive cancers as well.
